I have served as Adjunct Faculty and Affiliated Consultant with the Legal Lean Sigma Institute® for a number of years, and have incorporated my project management curriculum into the programs. With my colleague, Catherine MacDonagh, and a growing team of expert instructors, we deliver open enrollment and private certification courses for law firms, law departments, and service providers to the legal industry. We also help these groups build their own continuous improvement culture by participating in, and periodically leading, process improvement projects across a variety of practices and business functions. The Legal Lean Sigma Institute uniquely offers combined instruction in both process improvement and project management, and we incorporate a good amount of finance and economics to help illustrate the compelling benefits of continuous improvement to both buyers and sellers.
